Early Pregnancy Class
Class topics include prenatal care, fetal development, nutrition, hydration, discomforts/anatomy changes and emotions/hormonal changes. Presented by Cassandra Newman, R.N.

Childbirth Class
Class topics include pregnancy, labor and delivery, pelvic floor exercise and support, perinatal mental health, pain management during labor, infant care, breastfeeding and postpartum care. Education is also provided on our baby friendly initiative. Includes an in-person and virtual tour of the hospital.
